Paul Sysmans, CEO

With 25 years of experience in the healthcare medical devices, informatics and consumables market, Paul brings strong strategic planning and channel management skills to 3mensio.

Prior to joining the company, Paul worked as Vice President & General Manager Europe, Africa and Middle East for Israel-based computed radiography equipment vendor Orex Computed Radiography since 2003. He also created a global Business Channels Excellence Program for Orex’s new mother company Carestream Health. Before 2003, Paul held multiple global senior management level positions with Belgium-based imaging company Agfa Healthcare, including worldwide Marketing Manager Healthcare and Global B2B Manager.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences.

Frank Wessels, Founder & CTO

As Founder and CTO, Frank brings extensive strategic and technical expertise to 3mensio with over 15 years of experience in the medical imaging field.

In the early nineties he was a co-founder of PACS developer Applicare Medical Imaging BV which was later acquired by the Medical Systems division of General Electric.

Frank studied in both the Netherlands and the United States and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
